I found this blog to be extremely interesting. Obviously, implementing advanced technology into hotels is a new trend within the industry. Technology increases convenience, which increases the overall appeal, which should naturally increase the amount of business for the hotel. As Chris mentioned, another new trend is keeping track of the frequent guests. It is very important to understand and meet the needs and expectations of each individual guest. I agree that it is extremely important to advertise your amenities in order to show the guests what you have to offer and to show them why they should choose to stay at your hotel as opposed to another.
